Fashion Forward Favourites

It’s one of the most exciting events in every Dubai Fashionista’s diary, showcasing the most progressive styles in Dubai and the Middle East, so of course, we took full advantage of Fashion Forward Dubai last week to check out the spring summer 2016 collections, and check in with our favourite style muses.

TNS bring’s you a double-dose of fashion forward frenzy  with a roundup of our favourite shows, and – in case you missed them Instagram, our very own Fashion Forward inspired nail art designs, curated by our own TNS nail artists, straight out of the tns innovation lab – “artbar”.

Michael Cinco

First up, Michael Cinco’s collection was a kaleidoscope of stunning colours, taking its inspiration from the contrast of darkness and light in a stained glass window. We harnessed the ethereal, romantic feel of the collection in two nail designs with intricately detailed splashes of colour that make a sophisticated statement.

We can’t get enough of Bedouin’s contemporary, bohemian style – you’ll love the asymmetrical stripes and understated, clean tailoring. Our Bedouin inspired nail is a nod to one of our favourite looks on the runway; mix it up with different designs that draw the eye and add a touch of casual confidence to your look.

Zena Presley

We loved Zena Presley’s collection so much that she inspired not one, but three of our designs – influenced by the artistic watercolour prints.

Our three-tone candy-pink and denim-esque nail art is urban preppy with a modernised 80‘s feel. Our second design was inspired by the floaty, ombre inspired styles with warm sunset-orange tones.

One accent nail on each hand is the perfect, subtle decoration if you’re not feeling bold enough to do the full hand.

House of Nomad

Metallic studded, jewel encrusted pastels – need we say more?

The entire collection was a dreamy array of pale blue and blush pink. Mix up the shades or keep it simple with one subtle metallic studded nail.

Army of 1

We loved the pixelated geometric backdrop at the Army of 1 show – steal the style with this on-trend 80’s nail design and liven up your casual look or add a bold statement to your evening wear.

So many styles, so little time! Visit us and get up close and personal with your favorite designs; the best way to get fashion forward and wear the best runway looks in your own unique way.

Don’t forget to share and post your comments and nail art designs!
